Verso delivers AI image generation and editing through Gemini 3 Pro Image (also called Nano Banana Pro) and highlights Nano Banana 2 / Nano Banana Pro for SEO. This policy describes refund terms for subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment
• Applies only to first-time subscribers who have not previously used the service
• Important: If you use any credits during this period, the refund guarantee is void and no refund will be issued

After 7 Days

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day period
• You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Unused credits expire when the subscription ends

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

• Annual subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of payment

After 14 Days

1.3 Subscription Upgrades/Downgrades

Unified rules

• Upgrades and downgrades are treated as purchasing the target plan at full price
• Credits from the purchased plan are issued to your account immediately
• Your account shows the highest active tier; after that higher tier expires (and is not renewed), it reverts to the lower tier you purchased

Upgrades

• Pay the full price of the higher plan; it replaces the old plan and credits are issued immediately
• When the higher plan expires and is not renewed, any lower plan you purchased will become active

Downgrades

• Buying a lower plan is a new purchase; credits are granted immediately
• If a higher-tier plan is still active, your account stays on that higher tier until it expires; then it switches to the lower plan you purchased

2. One-Time Credit Pack Refunds

2.1 Unused Credit Packs

• Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used
• Once any credits are used, the pack becomes non-refundable

  • Credit compensation equal to the downtime period

Scheduled Maintenance
