Credit Purchase Rules

Overview

These rules govern one-time credit packs on Verso. Verso delivers image generation and editing via Google Gemini 3 Pro Image (also referred to as Nano Banana Pro), and the experience is optimized for Nano Banana 2 / Nano Banana Pro keywords to improve discoverability. Please review before purchasing.

1. Available Credit Packs

We offer three one-time credit pack options:

Starter Pack

• Price: $24.90
• Credits: 1,500 credits
• Image Capacity: 150 images (text-to-image/image-to-image)
• Best For: Casual users and first-time buyers

Creator Pack

• Price: $59.90
• Credits: 4,000 credits
• Image Capacity: 400 images (text-to-image/image-to-image)
• Best For: Regular creators and hobbyists

Pro Pack

• Price: $129.90
• Credits: 10,000 credits
• Image Capacity: 1,000 images (text-to-image/image-to-image)
• Best For: Professional users and high-volume creators

2. Credit Usage

2.1 Credit Costs

Text-to-Image Generation (Verso + Nano Banana 2 / Nano Banana Pro)

• Standard generation: 10 credits per image
• Includes all resolution options (1K, 2K, 4K)
• Multiple variations of the same prompt each cost 10 credits

Image-to-Image Editing (Verso + Nano Banana 2 / Nano Banana Pro)

• Standard editing: 10 credits per image
• Includes all editing features and resolution options
• Each edit iteration costs 10 credits

2.2 Credit Deduction

• Credits are deducted immediately when generation starts
• Failed generations due to system errors receive automatic credit refunds
• Failed generations due to policy violations do not receive refunds
• Credits are deducted before you see the result

2.3 Single Generation Only

• Each generation produces one image
• Batch generation is not currently supported
• Multiple generations require multiple requests

3. Credit Validity and Expiration

3.1 No Expiration

• One-time credit pack credits never expire
• Credits remain in your account indefinitely
• Use credits at your own pace without time pressure
• No monthly or annual expiration dates

3.2 Account Validity

• Credits are valid as long as your account remains active
• Deleted accounts forfeit all remaining credits
• Suspended accounts cannot use credits until reinstated

4. Purchase Process

4.1 How to Purchase

1. Select a Pack: Choose from Starter, Creator, or Pro pack
2. Payment: Complete payment via Creem
3. Confirmation: Receive email confirmation with transaction details
4. Credit Addition: Credits are added to your account within 5 minutes
5. Receipt: Download invoice from your account dashboard

4.2 Payment Methods

Accepted Methods

• Creem (all supported funding options inside Creem)

Currency

• All prices are in USD
• Your bank may apply currency conversion fees
• Final charge may vary slightly due to exchange rates

4.3 Payment Security

• All payments are processed through Creem; we do not store your full payment information
• Transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS
• Additional authentication follows Creem's security flows

5. Credit Pack Limitations

5.1 Purchase Limits

Per Transaction

• Minimum: 1 pack
• Maximum: 10 packs per transaction
• No limit on total packs owned

Account Limits

• No maximum credit balance
• Credits from multiple packs accumulate
• All credits are pooled together

5.2 Transferability

• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Cannot gift or sell credits to other users
• Cannot split credits across multiple accounts
• Shared team accounts are not supported for credit packs

5.3 Combination with Subscriptions

Using Both

• You can have both subscription and one-time pack credits
• Subscription credits are used first (they expire monthly)
• One-time pack credits are used after subscription credits
• Both types appear in your total credit balance

Priority Order

1. Expiring subscription credits (oldest first)
2. One-time pack credits (oldest first)

6. Refund Policy for Credit Packs

6.1 Unused Packs

• Full refund within 14 days if zero credits used
• Must request refund via email to support@versoai.top
• Refund processed within 5-7 business days

6.2 Partially Used Packs

• No refunds once any credits are used
• Even 1 credit used makes the entire pack non-refundable
• This policy is clearly stated before purchase

6.3 Technical Issues

• Credits refunded automatically for system failures
• Contact support if automatic refund doesn't occur
• No refunds for user error or policy violations

7. Usage Restrictions

7.1 Acceptable Use

Credits may only be used for:

• Generating images through the Verso platform (Gemini 3 Pro Image / Nano Banana Pro)
• Personal or commercial projects that comply with our Terms of Service
• Content that adheres to our Acceptable Use Policy

7.2 Prohibited Use

Credits may NOT be used for:

• Generating illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Creating deepfakes or misleading content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Producing content depicting minors inappropriately
• Generating hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Creating sexually explicit content
• Automated bulk generation for resale

7.3 Violations

• Violating usage restrictions may result in:
  • Credit forfeiture
  • Account suspension or termination
  • No refund for forfeited credits
  • Legal action if necessary

8. Credit Balance and Tracking

8.1 Viewing Balance

• Check your credit balance in the account dashboard
• Real-time updates after each generation
• Detailed transaction history available
• Email notifications for low balance (optional)

8.2 Transaction History

Access your history to see:

• Credit purchases and dates
• Credit usage and timestamps
• Remaining balance after each transaction
• Refunds and adjustments

8.3 Low Balance Alerts

• Optional email alerts when credits fall below threshold
• Set custom alert levels (e.g., 100 credits remaining)
• Reminders to purchase more credits

9. Promotional Credits vs. Purchased Credits

9.1 Promotional Credits

• Free credits from promotions or referrals
• May have expiration dates
• Used before purchased credits
• Non-refundable

9.2 Purchased Credits

• Credits from one-time packs
• Never expire
• Refundable within 14 days if unused
• Used after promotional credits

9.3 Credit Stacking

• All credit types stack in your account
• Usage priority: Promotional → Subscription → One-time packs
• Total balance shows combined credits

10. Enterprise and Bulk Purchases

12. Changes to Credit Packs

12.1 Price Changes

• We may adjust prices with 30 days notice
• Existing credits are not affected by price changes
• Credits purchased at old prices remain valid

12.2 Pack Modifications

• We may add, remove, or modify credit packs
• Existing purchased credits remain unaffected
• Changes will be announced via email and platform

13. Legal and Compliance

13.1 Taxes

• Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated
• Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST added at checkout
• Tax rates based on your billing address
• Receipts include tax breakdown

13.2 Consumer Rights

• This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights

14. Fair Usage Policy

15. Model Transparency and Data Handling

• Verso uses Google Gemini 3 Pro Image (Nano Banana Pro) only; we do not call Gemini 2.5 Flash.
• Generated and uploaded images are processed to deliver results, then removed per our retention schedule.
• Outputs may carry provider watermarks (e.g., SynthID) as required by Google.
• Do not upload sensitive or regulated data; content must follow our Acceptable Use and Terms of Service.
